Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SolverPicks ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

SolverPicks provides AI-generated sports predictions, expert analysis, and odds comparison tools for informational and entertainment purposes. We do not operate a sportsbook and do not accept wagers of any kind.

3. No Guarantee of Results

All picks, predictions, and analysis provided on SolverPicks are for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of predictions or the outcome of any sporting event. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Sports betting involves significant risk, and you should never wager more than you can afford to lose.

4. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

5. User Accounts

The Site does not require an account. If you subscribe to Premium on Winible (see section 6), your Winible account and its credentials are your responsibility and are governed by Winible's own terms.

6. Premium Subscriptions

SolverPicks Premium is sold and delivered through Winible (winible.com), a third-party platform. Purchases, billing, cancellations, refunds and pick delivery are handled by Winible and are subject to Winible's terms and policies. Premium picks are selected by our handicapper and are separate from the free AI-generated predictions on the Site. Pricing is shown at the time of purchase and may change for new subscriptions; the same "no guarantee of results" terms in section 3 apply to Premium picks.

7. Affiliate Relationships

SolverPicks may contain links to third-party sportsbooks and betting platforms. We may receive compensation through affiliate relationships when you click these links or create accounts through them. These relationships do not influence our picks or analysis. We are not responsible for the practices, terms, or policies of any third-party sportsbook.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on SolverPicks, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, data, analysis, and software, is the property of SolverPicks and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site; interfere with the proper functioning of the Site; scrape, copy, or redistribute our content, picks, or analysis; use automated systems to access the Site without permission; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

10. Limitation of Liability

SolverPicks, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information provided. This includes, without limitation, any financial losses from sports betting activities.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SolverPicks and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
